The Estero Art League near term goal is to establish a permanent EAL studio facility to use on a daily basis that allows for: • Studio building space to support our member’s use during the entire calendar year for open paint, classes or workshops and all organizational requirements. Projected square footage of the work room is 1500 square feet (30 x 50). The building location should be convenient for community use with adequate parking. • Studio space would allow for work tables and chairs, easels and other equipment, water and sinks and demonstration capability. Additional space for storage, limited library, restrooms, galley kitchen space and minimal office/meeting space. • Gallery display space included for members to show work. • Secure High Speed internet WiFi capability. Additional square footage can be added to this plan for other local art groups or individual artist rental spaces. Long term objectives: • Expand membership class offerings to include 3 dimensional visual arts, textile arts and quilting. • Expand membership opportunities to include classes such as digital arts, 3D printing and other experimental works.
