Registration for Coco Estero April exhibit

This is an preliminary questionnaire to establish how many members wish to exhibit. The deadline for registration is Monday March 23 at 5:00 PM.  Based on the results, the BOD and exhibition committee will determine the number of paintings per member. If you plan on exhibiting, please fill out the form. All participants must wear an EAL Name Badge.

We will need help hanging the exhibit on April 6 ---12-2PM

Receiving will be Monday April 6  from 11:00 am – 12:00 PM. The reception will be on Wednesday, April 8 from 5:00 – 7:00 PM.  Take down will be on May 3 from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Artists may remove paintings no earlier than April 26.

We will need help setting up/cleaning up the food table for the reception April 8.
