Location: Lee County Regional Library at 21100 Three Oaks Parkway
Receiving Date: March 3, 12:00 noon to 1:00 PM. No work accepted after 1:00 PM
Bring 2 works to the library Study Room located across from the Reference Librarian’s Desk at the back of the room. (You can bring an extra work in your car and if we have room, we may be able to add it) Additionally you can bring some small works with small easels to be shown in the library display case. Maximum size of canvas or canvas board or small framed is 6” x 6” approximately.
Pickup date: March 24, time to be determined. All artists are responsible for bringing their art in and picking their work up.
Pick up is the same location in the library.
All works must be accompanied by the Estero Art League Art identification label that has :

Follow proper wiring procedures on back of piece:
• Use ONLY Braided Wire, Stainless Steel Wire, or Vinyl Coated Wire.
• All ends of wire should be wrapped with masking tape, blue tape, etc.
• All art must have artist’s name and art title written on back of the art or on the wooden stretcher bars. This is important if your art identification label accidentally becomes separated from your artwork.
• Swivel Hangers (also called D-Ring Hangers) are required.
• No saw tooth picture hangers.
• Art needs to be appropriately and securely mounted , not taped to frame.
