Policy & Procedures
Receiving day is Friday March 1st at the Library on Tree Oaks Parkway between 9:30 am and 10:30 am. Please arrive only between these times. Please be patient through the receiving process. Also remember that we are in a library so minimal amount of disturbance as possible.
There will be a reasonable amount of activity as there will be a team setting up the mounting panels, a team receiving and a team hanging so it would be appreciated, unless you are a member of these teams to leave the staging area.
The labels will be pre-printed and will be available for the receiving team to mounting on the art work.
Because of the number of exhibitors (29), each artist can bring 2 pieces
